These terms apply when you use the 2MuchDigital website or ask us for a quote, meeting or services. By using this website or submitting the form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Our services and proposals

The packages on this website are a starting guide. What you get may change based on your brand, requirements and scope. Your final scope, deliverables, timeline and price are confirmed in a written proposal, message or invoice. A form submission is an enquiry, not a contract. A contract is formed only when you accept our proposal and we confirm it.

3. Payments

Payment amounts, due dates and methods are set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, work is started after the agreed advance is received. Ad spend for paid advertising is separate from our fees, is set by you, and is paid directly to the advertising platform or as agreed in writing.

4. What we need from you

• Give us accurate information, content, approvals and access we reasonably need, on time.
• Make sure you own or have permission to use any logos, images, videos, music, text and other material you give us.
• Delays in approvals or material from your side may delay delivery.

5. Results

We work to make your content and campaigns as effective as we can, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as followers, reach, views, leads, sales or rankings. These depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, policy changes, competition and your product or offer.

6. Ownership and use of work

Once you have paid in full, you may use the final deliverables we create for you for your own business. We keep ownership of our tools, templates, methods and any work not delivered or paid for. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show finished work in our portfolio and on our social media. If you do not want this, tell us and we will not.

7. AI-generated content

Some of our services, such as the AI UGC Pack, use AI tools to create content. Such content is labelled or described as AI-generated where required by platform rules or law. By ordering it, you agree to its use on that basis.

8. Third-party platforms

We post on and run ads through platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Google. Their rules, outages, algorithm changes and account decisions are outside our control, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Confidentiality and privacy

We treat non-public business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to provide the services. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your proposal. Unless it says otherwise, fees for work already started or delivered are not refundable.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, 2MuchDigital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business, arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service the claim relates to.

11A. Creator list

Joining our creator list is not a job offer or a contract. We do not promise that any brand will work with you. Any paid or barter collaboration will be agreed separately with you in writing before it starts. You confirm that the details you give us are true and that you are 18 or older.

12. Website use

Do not misuse this website, try to break or overload it, send spam through the form, or copy our content, logo or branding without permission. We try to keep the site accurate and available but provide it "as is" and may change or remove content at any time.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its "last updated" date.
