2MuchDigital ("we", "us", "our") is a social media management and digital marketing agency based in Hyderabad, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. We follow the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

In short: we only collect what you type into our contact form (or send us on WhatsApp, call or email). We use it only to reply to you, send quotes and arrange meetings. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for anything unrelated. You can ask us to correct or delete it at any time.

1. Information we collect

When you use the "Get a quote" or "Book a meeting" form, we collect:

Your name and business name
Your phone number and email address
How you prefer to be contacted (WhatsApp, call or email)
The service or package you are interested in
A preferred meeting date and time slot (for meeting requests)
Any message you choose to write

The form does not accept file uploads, and we do not ask for payment details, passwords, Aadhaar, PAN, bank or card information on this website. Please do not put such information in the message box. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email or Instagram, we receive whatever you send us there.

1A. Creator list (influencers and content creators)

If you fill in our "Join our creator list" form, we collect your name, Instagram handle, follower range, niche, city, phone number, email, other links, the kinds of collaboration you are open to, your usual rate and anything else you write. You must be 18 or older to use it. We use these details to keep a private list and to contact you when a brand we work with is looking for creators. This is not a public directory and we do not publish your details on this website. When a brand is considering you for a campaign, we may share your profile details with that brand. Being on the list does not guarantee any collaboration. You can ask us to correct or remove your details at any time (see section 8).

2. Why we use your information

To reply to your enquiry and contact you in the way you chose
To prepare quotes and proposals
For creators: to match you with brand campaigns and contact you about them
To schedule and confirm meetings
To keep a record of our conversations and, if you become a client, to deliver the services we agreed
To meet legal, tax or accounting obligations

We do not use your details for automated decisions or profiling. We will only send you marketing messages if you have asked for them, and you can opt out at any time.

3. Legal basis: your consent

We collect and use your information because you give it to us voluntarily and agree to this policy when you tick the consent box on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see section 8). Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.

4. Who can see your information

Your details are used by the 2MuchDigital team only. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. To run the website and handle your enquiry we rely on a few service providers, who process data only to provide their service:

Google (Google Sheets, Gmail and Google Apps Script): form submissions are saved in a Google Sheet owned by us, and we receive an email notification for each one.
Netlify: hosts this website and may log technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.
Google Fonts: loads the fonts on this site, which means your browser connects to Google servers.
WhatsApp, Instagram and phone networks: only if you choose to contact us through them.

These providers may store data on servers outside India. We may also disclose information if required by law, a court order or a government authority, or to protect our legal rights.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

6. How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe: submissions go over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, the Google Sheet and email account are protected by account login, access is limited to the 2MuchDigital team, and the form has anti-spam protection. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach that affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period the law requires us to keep business records. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

8. Your rights and how to contact us

You can ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we hold about you
Correct or update it
Delete it
Stop contacting you or withdraw your consent
Resolve a complaint or grievance about how we handle your data

Write to us at the email or phone number below. We aim to reply within 7 days and to complete requests within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.

9. Children

Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

10. Other websites

This site links to Instagram, WhatsApp and other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its "last updated" date. Please see also our Terms of Service.
